Thanks to your ideas. I now know what to do with my lazy Sales Manager. I have thinking about how to get rid of him, without raising costs. You see, the problem is two-fold: he has the same name as I and is constantly pretending to be me with my clients. That's annoying! But he's my son and it wouldn't be right for me to fire him. So, I will start fooling with his commission structure; and see if that works. Thanks for your insightful and timely article.
