if B.C is soooo beautiful, why don't you stay there?
I'm sorry your country has such high provincial taxes, but that is not our problem,nor should we have to be burdend by it. Canadians flock down south like a plauge and push and shove their way to the front of lines, inspecting every inch of anything they purchase demanding a discount at a simple flaw such as a loose thread, or a dented box. & now demand tax exemption, honestly those whom do this only look like greedy you know whats and it sets a bad image for those candians who arnt like that. I'm a proud American, and have no problem with Canadians shopping at our malls, but it gets old after awhile, when you can't find a parking spot, and 95% of the cars in the lot have foreign plates NOT from the states. I deny Canadian citizens Tax Exemption daily and have to deal with the attitudes given because someone doesnt want to pay a measily 8.5 percent tax, how fair is it for us to waive tax for Canadians, and when we go up to canadia, we pay the outrageous taxes? I feel that by demanding tax exemption Canadians are only over stepping their bounds and further alienating themselves. I feel that if you don't like our taxes, which are CONSIDERABLY lower than your own, then you can just stay home.
